For the Love
The work below is where I center myself. My focus shifts from making it all perfect to making it all sincere. There are no large lighting set ups, no assistants or stylists, and no shot lists. Just us making space for each other to exist in our own ways.
Authenticity above all.
This is probably the hardest thing for me to summarize thoughts on. I have existed in the wedding space for a long, long time. I have seen people laugh and cry, reopen doors with family that had previously been closed and also hold firm on boundaries that have been set. I have been the silent observer just taking the day in and doing my best to see past the fan faire and pageantry and show the real motivation behind it all. When the trends are over, the sparkler exits are finished and blush pink is no longer the Pantone of the year the things that are going to remain will be the moments in-between. Those moments are what I care about.
